Description

Indications

• Management of anxiety disorders and panic symptoms

Mechanism of Action

Bromazepam binds to the benzodiazepine site on the GABA-A receptor complex, increasing the frequency of chloride channel opening. This potentiates the inhibitory effects of GABA, leading to sedation, reduced anxiety, and muscle relaxation.
