Description

Composition:

• Dexomethorphan Hydrobromide – 10 mg/5 ml (Cough suppressant)
• Triprolidine HCl – 1.25 mg/5 ml (Antihistamine)
• Phenylephrine HCl – 5 mg/5 ml (Nasal decongestant)

Uses:

Mechanism of Action:

• Dexomethorphan Hydrobromide acts on the cough center in the brain, reducing the urge to cough.
• Triprolidine HCl blocks the action of histamine, reducing allergic reactions like sneezing and itching.
• Phenylephrine HCl constricts the blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.
