Mechanism of Action:
Adapalene is a synthetic retinoid that modulates cellular differentiation, keratinization, and inflammatory processes by binding to retinoic acid receptors. It prevents the formation of microcomedones and promotes skin cell turnover.
Clindamycin Phosphate is a lincosamide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, effectively targeting Cutibacterium acnes (formerly Propionibacterium acnes), the primary pathogen in acne.

Dosage & Administration:

Storage:
