Mechanism of Action:
Donepezil is a reversible inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase. It increases acetylcholine concentrations in the brain by inhibiting its breakdown, improving communication between nerve cells and supporting cognitive function.

Dosage & Administration:

Precautions & Warnings:
- Monitor for bradycardia, especially in patients with cardiac conditions

- May cause gastrointestinal side effects such as nausea or diarrhea
- Not recommended for use in severe hepatic impairment
