Description

Indications

• Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
• Ankylosing spondylitis
• Acute gouty arthritis
• Chronic lower back pain
• Management of dental pain and musculoskeletal injuries

Mechanism of Action

• Etoricoxib selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme, responsible for pain and inflammation. Unlike traditional NSAIDs, it spares COX-1, minimizing the risk of gastrointestinal side effects.

Dosage & Administration
